Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Absolute Non-Refundability Policy (100% Non-Refundable Standard)

1.1. Strict No-Refund Principle:
All fees, deposits, and payments made toward any course, training program, or service provided by Bhartiya Airways Academy are 100% STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-ADJUSTABLE, AND NON-TRANSFERABLE under any circumstances whatsoever.

1.2. Covered Fee Components:
This policy applies universally to all fee structures and payment types, including but not limited to:

• Registration / Application Fees
• Admission / Seat Allocation / Seat Blocking Fees
• Tuition & Practical Training Fees
• Examination & Assessment Fees
• Uniform, ID Card, and Study Material Kit Fees
• Any other Administrative, Service, or Miscellaneous Charges

2. Cancellation & Dropout Scenarios (Zero Refund on Personal or Unforeseen Circumstances)

2.1. Under no circumstances will any amount be refunded or adjusted if a candidate cancels, withdraws, drops out, or fails to attend the program.

2.2. No Waiver for Emergencies or Personal Events:
No request for a refund, fee reduction, or installment transfer will be entertained under any conditions (whether within or beyond the candidate’s control), including but not limited to:

• Medical Emergencies: Candidate’s illness, injury, physical/mental incapacity, medical condition, or death.
• Personal Reasons: Family emergencies, financial hardship, marriage, relocation, or change of mind.
• Disciplinary Actions: Cancellation of admission or suspension due to violation of Academy rules, absenteeism, or misconduct.
• Academic Dropout/Failure: Abandoning training midway, failing examinations, or inability to clear practical modules.
• Alternative Employment: Securing job offers, airline placements, or admission into other institutions during the course.

3. Chargeback Restrictions & Legal Indemnity

3.1. Waiver of Chargeback Rights:
By paying any amount to the Academy, the candidate (and their parent/guardian) explicitly waives any right to initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with their bank, credit card issuer, or payment gateway.

3.2. Legal Indemnity & Recoveries:
If a candidate or guardian files a false claim, legal notice, police complaint, or consumer suit for a fee refund, the candidate/guardian shall be fully liable to reimburse the Academy for all legal expenses, court costs, attorney fees, and associated damages incurred.

4. Institute-Initiated Cancellation (Sole Exception)

4.1. Sole Exception Clause:
A partial refund will be considered ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY if the Academy officially cancels a designated batch or course prior to its commencement without offering an alternative batch or date within 90 days.

4.2. Deductions & Processing:
In such a rare event, only the tuition fee portion will be refunded after deducting applicable administrative processing charges and non-refundable statutory taxes (e.g., GST). Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 45 working days to the original source account.

5. Declaration & Unconditional Consent

By transferring, depositing, or submitting any fee to Bhartiya Airways Academy, the candidate and their parent/guardian acknowledge that they have read, fully understood, and voluntarily accepted all clauses of this Refund Policy without reservation.
