3. User Liability & Document Verification: Users are responsible for providing valid government-issued ID proofs (Aadhaar, Passport, etc.). Bhartiya Airways reserves the right to cancel bookings or applications if false information is provided.
4. Modification of Terms: Bhartiya Airways reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
5. Dispute Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes arising from bookings or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida / New Delhi, India.
