1. Acceptance of Terms - While accessing, using, browsing or make booking through Bhartiya Airways, users have to accept that they are agreed to the Terms and Conditions of our portal. In case of any violation, Bhartiya Airways and its subsidiaries reserve all the rights for taking any legal actions against them.
2. Booking - All Hotel Booking made through Bhartiya Airways are subject to availability. Prices displayed on our website are subject to change and may not include addistional fee or taxes. Payment for booking must be made at booking time.

Bhartiya Airways is not responsible for any charges imposed by hotels or third parties due to cancellation or changes made through our services.
5. Check-in and Check-out - Check-in and check-out times will be as per the policy of the specific hotel booked by the user using Bhartiya Airways.
6. Liability - Bhartiya Airways acts solely as a booking intermediary and does not gurantee the services provided by the hotels.
   Bhartiya Airways will not be liable for any damages,losses, or claims arising from using the website.
7. Copyright & Trademark - Products, services and contents displaying on Bhartiya Airways are the properties of this website. Any unauthorized copy & use of the trademark product & services without prior concern will be taken as larceny and strict actions may be taken against the concern person/organization/company.
   Bhartiya Airways gives you a limited right to enter, explore, use and transact on its site. You agree not to misuse its materials and interrupt the operation of this Site in any way. You understand that except for information, products or services supplied by Bhartiya Airways do not endorse any other information in anyway. 10. Dispute Resolution - Any disputes arising from booking or interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the head office of Bhartiya Airways is located.
