Cancellation and Refund - Cancellation policies vary depending upon the fare type selected. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the Bhartiya Airways policies. We are not responsible for any charges imposed by third parties due to cancellation.

Flight cancellation Policy:
- I. If a cancellation request is under 30 to 40 days, cancellation fees will be 25%
- II. If a cancellation request is under 15 to 30 days, cancellation fees will be 50%
- III. If a cancellation request is under 15 days, Then no refund will be given by the company.
Travel Documents - Passengers must possess and carry all the necessary travel documents required for their journey, including identification, visas, passports. Bhartiya Airways is not liable for any consequences due to passengers failure to comply with travel documents requirements.
Limitation of Liability - Bhartiya Airways strives to provide accurate and timely information but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or content related to our services. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your inability to use our services.
