Acceptance of Terms By enrolling in any diploma program offered by Bhartiya Airways Acdemy, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Bhartiya Airways Acdemy.

Non-Refundable Fees 1. Fees Policy: All fees paid to Bhartiya Airways Acdemy are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Job Assistance 1. Placement Services: Bhartiya Airways Acdemy offers job assistance to its students through its placement cell.
2. No Job Guarantee: While Bhartiya Airways Acdemy provides extensive job assistance, it does not guarantee job placement. Job placement is contingent upon the merit, skills, and performance of the student during and after completing the program.
3. Responsibility: Bhartiya Airways Acdemy assists students with job search strategies, resume building, interview preparation, and connecting with potential employers. However, securing employment ultimately depends on the student's efforts and the prevailing job market conditions.
4 No Liability: Bhartiya Airways Acdemy, including its officers, employees, agents, and representatives, shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience suffered by a student arising from the inability to secure employment, whether directly or indirectly related to the services provided by the academy.
