1. Binding Agreement & Admission Policy

1.1. Absolute Acceptance: By submitting the application form, signing the registration documents, or paying any fee/charge, the candidate (and their legal guardian, if applicable) unconditionally accepts and agrees to be strictly bound by all terms, conditions, policies, and regulations of Bhartiya Airways Academy (hereinafter referred to as "the Academy").

1.2. No Verbal Commitments: No verbal promises, assurances, or statements made by any staff, counselor, or representative shall hold any legal validity unless explicitly documented in writing and signed by the Authorized Director of the Academy.

1.3. Document Authenticity: If any document, certificate, or detail submitted by the candidate is found to be forged, inaccurate, or misleading at any point, the Academy reserves the absolute right to terminate the candidate’s admission immediately without notice, and all fees paid shall be completely forfeited.

2. Strict Fee Non-Refundability, Non-Transferability & Default Terms

2.1. Absolute Non-Refundability: Any and all fees once paid to the Academy—including Registration Fees, Admission Charges, Tuition Fees, Exam Fees, Grooming Kit Charges, and Practical Exposure Fees—are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-ADJUSTABLE, and NON-TRANSFERABLE under any circumstances whatsoever.

2.2. No Exceptions for Personal Events: No requests for refund, fee waiver, or installment extension will be entertained for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Candidate leaving, abandoning, or dropping out of the course midway.
• Illness, medical emergency, physical incapacity, or death of the candidate/family member.
• Failure in exams, lack of interest, personal relocation, or securing employment elsewhere.
• Expulsion, suspension, or termination due to disciplinary action.

2.3. Payment Deadlines & Fines: All fee installments must be cleared on or before the due date. In case of delay:

• A mandatory late fine of ₹500 per day will be levied automatically after the due date.
• If the fee remains unpaid for more than 7 consecutive days, the candidate’s admission will be automatically canceled, their access to classes blocked, and previous dues will remain legally recoverable.

3. Attendance, Class Conduct & Dropout Regulations

3.1. Mandatory Attendance: A minimum of 85% physical/online attendance is strictly compulsory in all lectures, practical modules, and grooming sessions. Candidates failing to meet this criteria will be barred from appearing in final examinations and placement drives.

3.2. Unauthorized Absence & Dropout:

• If a candidate remains absent for more than 3 consecutive days without prior written approval, a fine of ₹2,000 will be imposed.
• If a candidate remains absent for 7 consecutive days, it will be legally treated as a voluntary abandonment/dropout. The Academy will permanently cancel the enrollment without any notice, and the seat will be re-allocated. Re-admission will require payment of full fresh admission fees.

3.3. No Batch Switching: Candidates are assigned a specific batch and schedule upon admission. Changing batches, class timings, or modules is strictly prohibited.

4. Mandatory Examinations, Certification & Re-Tests

4.1. Compulsory Exams: Candidates must appear for all internal assessments, mid-terms, and final aviation examinations as scheduled by the Academy.

4.2. Re-Examination Charges: Candidates who fail or miss an examination (irrespective of reason) will be required to pay a re-examination/re-evaluation fee of ₹3,000 per subject/paper to attempt a back-paper.

4.3. Issuance of Certificates: Certificates and diplomas will be issued ONLY after full clearance of all course fees, fines, library dues, and successful completion of all mandatory modules and exams.

5. Code of Conduct, Discipline & Penalties

5.1. Dress Code & Grooming: Wearing the prescribed Academy uniform and maintaining professional aviation grooming standards daily is strictly mandatory. Candidates failing to comply will be turned back from the campus and marked absent.

5.2. Strict Prohibition: Any candidate found indulging in ragging, physical assault, property damage, usage of abusive language, substance abuse, or unauthorized photography/videography within the premise will face immediate termination and legal action.

5.3. Damage Recoveries: Any physical or digital damage caused to Academy equipment, simulators, or infrastructure by the candidate will be billed directly to the candidate at 100% of the cost + a 25% administrative charge.

6. Placement Support Disclaimer

6.1. The Academy provides comprehensive placement assistance, interview scheduling, and grooming support. However, final job selection entirely depends on the candidate’s performance, physical fitness, communication skills, and airline/industry requirements.

6.2. The Academy does not guarantee automatic employment, and failure to secure a job shall not entitle the candidate to any fee refund or legal claim.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

7.1. These terms are governed strictly by the laws of India.

7.2. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising between the candidate and the Academy shall be subject to the exclusive legal jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the Academy's registered corporate head office.
