Introduction - The sole purpose of this portal is to provide the platform as a preliminary medium of contact and exchange of information for its
users/members/visitors/subscribers/candidates who have a bonafide intention to contact and/or be contacted for the purposes related to genuine existing job vacancies in the aviation industry and for other career enhancement services.
If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions or you do not meet or comply with their provisions, you may not use the SRBS Bhartiya Airways Services Private Limited(“Bhartiya Airways”) Web Sites or Services. These Terms and Conditions will be effective for all time till it is revoked or modified by Bhartiya Airways.

III. Aadhar Card (for Indian citizens)
IV. PAN Card (Permanent Account Number)
V. Passport-size Photograph
Application Process -

Mandatory Requirements -
I. All mentioned documents (Qualification Certificate, Aviation Certificate, Aadhar Card, PAN Card, and Passport-size Photograph) are mandatory for processing the application.
II. Candidates shall clear the interview after documents submission for the job.
No Liability Clause -
I. Bhartiya Airways shall not be liable for any consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete submission of documents by the applicant.
II. Bhartiya Airways shall not be liable for any malfeasance or wrongdoing committed by the candidate in any manner.
Force Majeure -
Bhartiya Airways shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, natural disasters, or government regulations ("Force Majeure Event").
Amendment Clause -
Bhartiya Airways reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice.
Amendments to these terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on the Bhartiya Airways website or other official channels.
Applicants are encouraged to review these terms and conditions periodically for any changes.
Indemnity -
By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to indemnify and otherwise hold harmless Bhartiya Airways, its directors, officers, employers, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates and other partners from any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising out of, relating to, or resulting from your use of the services obtained through
bhartiyaairways.com including but not limited to information provided by you or any other matter relating to bhartiyaairways.com
Termination -
The Company may terminate the Services in case the Candidate/Subscriber-
I. Commits any breach of these terms and condition, representation & warranties and Subscriber’s obligations as contemplated in this agreement.
II. Fails to make payments as per the terms & condition herein.
III. Uses the Services provided by Bhartiya Airways for any illegal, unlawful or immoral purposes or in any fraudulent manner or for purposes not authorized by Bhartiya Airways.
IV. The Candidate/Subscriber shall keep in confidence any information received by the Candidate/Subscriber under this agreement, irrespective of the business or the matters concerning the other and shall not disclose the same to any third party, save and except to any State or Central Government or to any of their agencies and/or any other concerned legal and other competent authorities on specific demand or under a general obligation.
V. Advice received from regulatory or any other competent authorities.
VI. Commits violation of any Intellectual Property Rights, rights of privacy, rights of publicity and/or any other rights of third party and shall not be violative of any provision of Law in force.
Dispute Resolution -
Please inform us immediately if you encounter any issues, and we will endeavor to assist you in finding a resolution and even if not solved then any disputes arising from career opportunity shall be resolved in Noida where Bhartiya Airways head office is located.
